My Approach; We’ll assess your strengths and areas for improvement to create a personalized plan that helps you reach the next level. Sessions focus on refining technical abilities, ball mastery, first touch, movement, and tactical understanding. Whether you’re building fundamental skills or fine-tuning advanced techniques, these sessions provide the structure, focus, and expertise to support your growth.

1-2-1 Fitness Session

Who is it for? These sessions are ideal for anyone looking to improve their fitness through football, from amateurs aiming to boost overall fitness to semi-professionals preparing to perform at their peak over 90 minutes or during crucial moments in a game.

My Approach; Sessions focus on football-specific movements such as agility, coordination drills, and ball work, including manipulation and control. Dynamic stretches, acceleration, deceleration, and rapid direction changes are integrated to improve fitness and match-readiness. All activities are football-related, effective, and enjoyable, ensuring you stay engaged while building physical strength and stamina.

2 Player Coaching Session

Who is it for? These sessions are perfect for players who want to sharpen their 1v1 skills while improving their technical abilities, coordination, movement, and tactical understanding. Designed for paired players, with a focus on development through competition and collaboration.

My Approach; We’ll set clear goals for both players, with a strong emphasis on 1v1 situations. Sessions include targeted work on technique, ball mastery, first touch, movement, and core fitness. Tactical principles, both in-possession and out-of-possession, will be explored through drills and game scenarios, helping players gain a deeper understanding of 1v1 dynamics. By working together, players challenge, push, and inspire each other to improve.

Small Groups Sessions

Who is it for? These sessions are designed for players who want to enhance their technical and tactical skills while being physically challenged in a competitive small-sided game environment.

My Approach; In these sessions, players work in a supportive yet competitive setting to improve technique, decision-making, and tactical awareness. Training includes football-specific drills, small-sided games, and collaboration within small units. Players will engage in game scenario-based exercises to enhance individual and team performance. Each session is customized to the group’s skill level and goals, ensuring progress, engagement, and enjoyment.

Large Groups Sessions

Who is it for? These sessions are ideal for large groups or teams wanting to experience football coaching in a team environment and gain a deeper understanding of game principles.
